The best web server we've found so far

After years of dealing with b-one.net (now www.one.com) we found that the low price of their service didn't justify the slow speeds and small space provided. With our expanding portfolio we needed more space and more capabilities and we found what we were looking for at 1&1. They provide massive ammounts of space and big bandwidth limits along with impressive features and expandability making their service the perfect choice for us.

For the forseable future we are recomending 1and1.com and their services to anyone who wants a web server or are considering making their own web site. Even their basic package (1and1 Beginner at $2.24/month) provides more space and capability than most people or companies will ever need: 5GB of webspace, 250GB of monthly transfer, full php support and a slew of design and implementation services. An upgrade to the 1and1 Home package (at $3.74/month) you get an incredible 50GB of space and 500GB of monthly transfer as well as two domains. We have yet to find a better deal anywhere else.

In addition 1&1 has impeckable customer service and even sends you a welcome package by snailmail upon purchasing one of their packages.
